Karen Wright and her family opened the first Once Upon a Child franchise in Canada; in Burlington in 1994. Since then we are thrilled to have many more friends open stores in the Ontario region to offer our customers in our communities quality new and gently used children's products at reasonable prices.  

We strive to make customer service our number one priority and to help achieve that our staff are well trained in all of our products. This ensures that our customers are making well informed purchases.Our goal is to buy as much quality merchandise as possible to give you our customer a great selection at a great price. Our standards are high because that is what our customers demand and deserve.
